1. General Agreement

By engaging in business with Yes Ocea International, you agree to be bound by these wholesale and operational terms. These terms govern all B2B transactions, custom OEM manufacturing, and logistics services provided.

2. Wholesale Orders & Pricing

All quotes provided by our sales team are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Pricing is subject to change based on global material costs. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) apply to all custom packaging requests.

3. Shipping & Liability

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin) unless an explicit CIF agreement has been established in your contract.
