1. Wholesale Defect Claims

As a B2B manufacturer, we maintain strict Quality Control. However, if you discover a manufacturing defect in your bulk order, you must notify our team within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Claims must be accompanied by photographic evidence.

2. Custom Orders

Products manufactured with custom branding, logos, or unique dimensions (OEM) cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verifiable deviation from the approved sample or proof.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of corporate payment within 10-15 business days. In some cases, replacement inventory will be prioritized over capital refunds to minimize supply chain disruption.
